Cancellation policy

We have one cancellation policy at Pick Pay Park. If a driver cancels, the amount we can refund depends on two things: the length of the booking, and when the driver makes the cancellation request.

Short-term booking(Hourly/Daily)

 One day or less

Before booking starts:

Refund minus 3% of booking charges

 

After booking starts:

No refund

 

Medium-term booking(Weekly)

2-7 days

Before booking starts:

Refund minus 3% of booking charges

 

After booking starts:

Refund for remainder of booking minus 3% of remainder booking charges

 

Long-term booking(Monthly)

8+ days

Before booking starts:

Refund minus 3% of booking charges

 

After booking starts:

Refund remainder of booking minus 3% of remainder booking charges

 
 

The rules

Complaints must be raised with PickPayPark within 12 hours after the booking starts.

PickPayPark will mediate when necessary and has the final say in all disputes.

You get the refund based on our cancellation rules above .

What constitutes a Pick Pay Park day?

Our 'days' are calculated by a calendar day that resets at 11:59pm.

If your booking extends beyond 11:59pm, you will be charged for two days.

For example:

  • 12:00am 1st January - 11:59pm 1st January = One day.
  • 12:00am 1st January - 12:00am 2nd January = Two days.
